You can choose between a single-axis and dual-axis polishing stage. ■FORCIMAT By connecting to FORCIPOL, it can be used as an automatic polishing machine. If you only need individual loading, please choose FORCIMAT-52. If you also need to use overall loading, please choose FORCIMAT-102. ■DOSIMAT It can automatically supply polishing materials and lubricants. By accurately controlling the drop amount, the reproducibility of difficult buff polishing is improved. <Features> ● The base unit FORCIPOL has a stable chassis design that allows for precise polishing. ● The head unit FORCIMAT offers a wide variety of sample holders and options. Custom manufacturing is also possible. ● The head can move laterally, so it does not interfere during manual polishing when moved outside the base. ● The automatic feeder DOSIMAT can manage the precise drop amount through program control. ● It is also possible to retrofit and change the specifications to an automatic machine.

By rotating the holder and the disk in the same direction at the same speed, grinding can be performed without losing the parallelism of the workpiece!

We would like to introduce our sample polishing machine and sample rotation machine, 'IM-P2 & SP-L1'. The "IM-P2" is a sample polishing machine that adopts an individual load method, allowing for the sequential extraction of samples that have reached the target position by scraping electronic materials and other substances down to the observation target line. The "SP-L1" is a sample rotation machine that can grind without losing the parallelism of the workpiece by rotating the holder and disk in the same direction at the same speed, based on recommended polishing theory.
